More than 110 drivers from eight European countries entered to the Moris Cup Jahodna 2016. Program starts this Friday!
Track long 4,750 meters between ALPINKA and sport - recreational center Jahodna will host next weekend 8th race of Moris Cup Jahodna 2016. The organizer - Auto Klub Košice with his co-organizer, Moris Slovakia, for this year prepared well great program to be accompanied by a nice warm weather.
The program for the Motorsports fans begins this week by the presentation of company Moris Slovakia and Moris Cup Jahodna race , in the shopping center Aupark Košice. The cultural program by great rock music will bring on Friday after 20:30 She & Me group composed of guitarist Eňo Mišley and singer Erik Knotek, which will take place in the service park. On Friday starts the program for drivers who complete the administrative and technical scrutineering and the evening drivers consulting. Saturday and Sunday will be those important competition ends which bring the names of the fastest racers.
The race starts on Saturday morning at 7:30 am and 10:00 by two practice heats. About 13:25 pm will be held Opening ceremony in the presence of representatives of the Municipality of Kosice, the representatives of the FIA, SAMS and PZM delegates. Right after, two competition heats will kick off from 13:30 and 16:00 pm, which in the sum of times will decide the winner of the first day. On Sunday will take place only one timed practice from 8:00 am. The racing heats are scheduled for 10:30 and 14:00. Viewers can view the race from natural grandstand immediately after the start or the one located between the sixth and seventh posts of Marshals. There will also be food stalls.
We would like to alert viewers to the closure of the national road II / 547, section Alpinka railway crossing - Jahodna crossroads - Kosicka Bela on Saturday between 6:30 and 19:00 pm and on Sunday between 7:00 and 17:00 pm. If the situation allows, the road will be open between heats to public traffic for a short time. Viewers can use the bus to Alpinka, service No.14, which will have revised timetable or they can use children's railway.
